Each home we build comes with a One Year Builder’s Warranty and a 10-Year Structural Warranty. These warranties provide you with coverage and peace of mind through Solid Warranty.

The One Year Builder’s Warranty gives you coverage for the first year in your home, providing one year on workmanship and systems defects as outlined in the Solid Warranty Booklet, which you can find online. Please be sure to include your name, address, lot and block number, subdivision name, closing date, contact number and a detailed list of the warranty items in the appropriate fields.

The 10-Year Structural Warranty warrants that your home will be free from Structural Defects for ten years after closing. It covers essential load-bearing features of your new home. If these parts fail and make the home unsafe, unsanitary, or unlivable, you are protected.

As a new homeowner, you have the satisfaction and peace of mind knowing that your warranty obligations are clearly defined in writing and backed by a strong warranty insurer. Your home warranties are fully-transferable, instantly increasing the resale value of your home. And all of this warranty coverage is paid for by your builder.

We will enroll your home in the warranty program at the date of closing.
